Ros Peake recognised by the Cancer Fundraising Group

Barraba Cancer Patients Fund Raising Group (BCPFRG) Update

Long term President of the BCPFRG Ros Peake, stepped down from her role at our recent AGM. Each of the BCPFRG members would like to sincerely thank Ros, for all of the time and effort she has devoted to the organisation during her many, many years as President.

We are pleased that Ros is remaining as a group member, and that we may still benefit from her experience as we move forward and continue to support the various Cancer Organisations and Research Centres. Our fundraising efforts have afforded donations over the years to places such as: Inala House Tamworth, NW Cancer Centre, Cancer Council, Brain Foundation, Garvan Research Foundation, Chris O’Brien Lifehouse, Ronald McDonald House and the Olivia Newton-John Wellness Centre.

The Group would like to advise that new members are welcome at any time.
