Barraba Show President says "Thanks"

Last Thursday the Barraba PA & H had a meeting to review the Show that has been and gone.  It was great to find that most were very pleased with it especially surprising how many people attended/participate in the event, as it was decided to put a counter at the front gate.  Somewhere above over 4,000 over the 4 days.  A big thankyou to everyone who came to watch, compete and work at the show, it was good to see the show back to being complete, with all events on one at one time and people being free to attend.

As always there are a lot of good people who donate their time and money to the show.  To the sponsors thank you for your financial contribution to make things happen.  We were lucky enough to get the services of a new Show secretary who really got in and made things happen.  To the committee, chief stewards, and all people who helped/worked to make the Barraba Show happen I thank you for the effort and work put in to make this year’s show a success.  It takes a lot of people their time and their effort to make all sections of the show run.  Be it in the Beef, Wool, Sheep Pavilion (and all sections within) Campdraft, Dog Trials, Rodeo, Animal Farm, Pets Poultry and Wood chop (great to see you back) and Horse (Hacks, Showjumpers, 6 Bar, light harness, stock horse) there is a lot to see and a lot to run.  A big thankyou from me.
