Community College offering First Aid training

30th March 2022

COLLEGE CHAT

Hi, I am Tanya and I am the Community College Coordinator for Barraba.

Here at the Barraba College we ran a Women’s Woodworking Workshop and the ladies involved thoroughly enjoyed their 6 week course with trainer Harry Mason.

Below is a photo of finished projects that were completed using the skills learnt during the course.

Ann Smith will be running a Pottery class on Saturday for anyone that would like to come along for an enjoyable day and you never know you might discover you have a hidden talent.

Next term we will be running First Aid for anyone needing to update their qualifications.

Also, for anyone looking for a Mother’s Day present idea Marnie Crowley from Cobbadah Flowers will be showing us how to make a succulent planter box on Tuesday 3rd May 6-8pm with option of purchasing a grazing box from Kylie’s Catering.

Thought for the day:  Focus your attention on the good things you take for granted.
