Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, step right up for the 2022 Manilla Show. Kicking off on Friday 11 March and running through to Sunday 13 March, this family-friendly extravaganza is set to be a weekend not to miss.
President of the Manilla Show Society, Jim Maxwell is encouraging people from near and far to come along, get involved and enjoy the show. “There’s so much to see and do at the Manilla Show. It’s a great way for our community to show off all our talents and not to mention, the perfect excuse for a weekend out with the family or to catch up with your mates.”
The opening evening is the perfect way to kick start the weekend; featuring fireworks and live music. But it won’t stop there as the showground will launch into full swing over the weekend. Competitors will line the area for show jumping and show horse events, crowds will flock to watch the Dog High Jump and yard dog trials, pet-lovers will parade their furry friends for the Pet Spectacular, visitors will wander through the pavilions lined with creative exhibitions and the kids will enjoy the adrenalin of Side Show Alley plus the face painting, Troppo Bob will be back with his magic show and balloon artistry to be found in the free Kids Zone.
