DISPOSAL OF AGRICULTURAL CHEMICALS

Are you a farmer, primary producer, or agribusiness?

Registrations are now open for the statewide NSW ChemClear collection, offering a safe disposal pathway for unwanted, obsolete, or unknown agricultural and veterinary (AgVet) chemicals. ChemClear is working with the NSW EPA to help AgVet chemical users clean up and safely dispose of chemicals that may no longer be needed or have become difficult to manage.

While disaster recovery funding assistance for eligible Group 2 chemicals is available in some disaster-declared LGAs, AgVet chemical users across NSW can still participate in the collection under ChemClear's standard arrangements.
