Westpac Helicopter back in Barraba this week

About 11:30am, Saturday 9 March, the Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance on an urgent inter-hospital transfer from Barraba Hospital to Tamworth Hospital. A woman in her 60s, suffering a serious medical condition, was stabilised by hospital staff and the helicopter’s critical care medical team before being airlifted to Tamworth.
