Monday 22^nd November 10am to 3:30pm

• Open to those aged 12 years and over (including 60 years and over)
• Children aged 12 to 15 years MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian aged over 18 years
• Wear a mask and bring your Medicare Card and ID (licence, student ID)
• First and second doses welcome. If 2^nd dose, please have proof of first vaccination

2^nd dose from the Royal Flying Doctor Clinic on 22^nd October 2021 will be given on this day
