Originally started as North West Business Tech Solutions in January 2026, NWBTS specialises in all sorts of design and technical services in North West NSW, from websites, social media, device setup, device support and everything in between. All services are conducted by 4th generation lifelong Tamworth local, owner and operator Logan Fletcher
Who Am I?
G'day, my name is Logan Fletcher, I am an aspiring small business owner and the owner-operator of North West Business Tech Solutions, I am a proud lifelong 4th generation Tamworth local, and I have a passion for technology and design.
I am only 16, but this is not something I try to hide, it's something try to embrace. If anyone knows about technology and the internet, it's someone who grew up not just around it, but someone who actively use it creatively from a young age. I hope that the longer I offer these services, the more I grow and learn.
I am going to work my absolute hardest to give my clients the best service I possibly can, and with lots of happy clients, I like to think I'm doing a good job.
What Do I Do?
I take care of your businesses technical and design needs so you don't have to. Technology can be hard to use, especially if you haven't been using it for long, and designing things can be even harder, but it’s also very important for doing business in the modern world.
What Makes Me Different?
I deliver high quality services at an affordable price. I grew up around technology, so if anyone knows about technology and how it works, it's me.
Unlike other similar business, NWBTS is and forever will be a regionally based business with a regional and remote focus. I am 100% AI free and will never use AI in the making and delivery of my services. A robot can never truly do what a human does best.
I can also send you a full list of pricing to your business either via email or traditional mail. I am open 7 days a week (excluding select public holidays) so that you can organise things whenever suits you and your business best.
