Working hard for more GP coverage in Barraba

The Local Health Committee met, with a representative of Hunter New England Health, on Tuesday 5th September.
We are assured HNE Health, together with the Primary Health Network and Boyd Health are working on additional GP services in Barraba. There are no quick fixes due to a shortage of GPs but the community can be confident there is a lot of work being done.
Patients of MedCIRC are advised that in accordance with the law, MedCIRC are required to keep your medical records for 7 years after the practice closes.
