Cardiac Monitor installed at the hospital

BARRABA COMMUNITY BENEFITS FROM CARDIAC MONITOR

The Barraba Health Service, and therefore the Barraba community; will be better off thanks to the installation of a new state of the art cardiac monitor in the local emergency department.  Thanks to the generosity of present and past members of the Barraba community, the Barraba Branch of the United Hospital Auxiliaries of NSW Inc was able to fund this potentially lifesaving piece of equipment.    It has the capacity to monitor a patient’s vital signs more accurately and efficiently, enabling nursing staff to attend to other patients while it keeps them updated about how the patient is travelling.
