This coming weekend Barraba will be home to Scone with 2 games. The Ladies game commencing about 2pm to be followed by the Men’s game at 3pm. Scone played here early in the season, but because of venues being changed last season they owed Barraba/Gwydir this home game after last week’s bye.
The Rugby Test in Brisbane did not turn out the best for Australia and some of the decisions on the field did not help. There is a difference in interpretations by the northern unions to the southern hemisphere teams, an Irish referee and injuries made it hard for the Aussies.
