Golfers play for Daniel Anderson trophy

We played a Vs Par for Daniel Andersons trophy last week in what was beautiful conditions for the most part but got rather chilly towards the end. Peter York continued his improving form to claim the trophy with +2 while Sam Faint had his second consecutive week of playing the bridesmaid with +1 along with Campbell Tonkin. Balls also went to Bill Simpson, Kerrie Smith with square and Paul, down the middle, Grigg and Graham Bowman -1. Bill Simpson claimed the NTP on the 6th, Graham Bowman the 12th, Peter York on the 16th and Daniel Anderson with a great shot on the 18th. Sam Faint and Campbell Tonkin had convincing wins over Garry Allen and Ian Cabot in the singles matchplay. This week we have our club Foursomes Championships where you really do need the 19th to rekindle friendships!
