Westpac Helicopter at Horton

Around 5:30pm, on Friday 17 July, a Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance to a horse-riding accident on a property near Upper Horton. A girl in her teens was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics and the helicopter’s critical care medical team for injuries sustained from the incident before being airlifted to Tamworth Rural Referral Hospital for further treatment.
