Each financial year, residential properties receive four digital waste vouchers, and tenants are eligible to use them too. The only difference is that renters need to complete a quick verification process before the vouchers appear in their account.
Getting started is simple:
- Register through the online self-service portal
- Select "I'm a tenant"
- Choose Tamworth Regional Council as your agent
- Once verified, your vouchers will be available automatically
Verification can take between 2–10 business days, so it's worth setting up your account before you need to use a voucher. Register today and make the most of the services available to your household.
