Right hand turn removed from Peel Street intersection

Transport for NSW completed works this week to remove the right hand turn from Peel Street into Oxley Highway/Brisbane Street from both directions.

Here is an overview of the works:

• The night works took place on Monday 29 June and Tuesday 30 June
• The works included the installation of no right hand turn signs, additional traffic lights and new line marking.

• The right hand turn was removed to improve pedestrian safety
