Back to the Bush Auto Festival 18th Oct

Back to the Bush Auto Festival 2025
Barraba Saturday 18th October 2025 at the Barraba RSL — The Aircooled Assembly Inc group has been busy planning for the Back to the Bush Auto Festival, and it is shaping up to be another great event on the calendar. We have noticed the trend of having family and friends visit that weekend to enjoy the festivities and we look forward to seeing that trend grow again this year.
This year will be our first Observatory Run – Questionnaire sheets will be available to collect and return from the office container at the RSL on the day. A prize will be available for the team with the highest score. What’s an Observatory Run? It’s a great opportunity to go for a little drive around Barraba to answer questions and more and helps fill in time between the morning activities and the music starting in the evening.
Made possible with Sponsorship there are new rides in the kids’ corner and, of course, facepainting! Entries to the show and shine remain free as well as the evening entertainment. This year will feature Kyle Cartner (back by popular demand from last year) and Chicken Liquor and of course the amazing firework display by Inland Fireworks!
Fireworks We remind the residents of Barraba that there will be a fireworks display. The display is scheduled for between 9 and 9.30pm Saturday 18th October as part of the Back to the Bush event. There will be further Public Notices before the event.
With thanks to
For making the 2025/2026 Regional Events and Marketing Support Program available. Aircooled Assembly Inc has been successful in their application, and we are so excited to see our family friendly free community event, Back to the Bush, featured as a tv commercial on Channels 7 and 7Mate this October. We hope that the tv promotion will attract people to our town for the event and encourage people to stay the night.
