Are you passionate about strengthening regional and rural Australia? The Tim Fischer Fellowship offers a remarkable opportunity to further your work and ideas with the support of the Country Education Foundation of Australia.

Established in honour of the late Hon. Tim Fischer AC, an enduring champion of the bush, this annual Fellowship provides:

Up to $50,000 in funding to support education, research, professional development, travel or project costs

Access to a mentor and national networks

A platform to share your vision and contribute to broader conversations about the future of rural Australia

Who can apply?

This opportunity is open to individuals aged 18+, with a strong connection to regional or rural Australia. Applicants may come from any background or industry - education, health, business, community development, agriculture and more.

Finalists will be interviewed online

The recipient will be announced at the Tim Fischer Fellowship Luncheon in Sydney on 17 October
