The Country Week Championships were played over the long weekend with the U16’s in Port Macquarie and the senior men’s in Tamworth there were no local comp games. A catch up of results and who participated from Barraba should be known for next week’s Community News.
The Central North comp will resume this Saturday, with the last game of round 1 and the Rams are away to Moree. It should prove an interesting game as the Rams have been playing some very good rugby.
Other games for the round are;
Narrabri v Gunnedah
Walcha v Pirates
Scone v Inverell
The following week Barraba are away to Scone so, no rugby locally until July 1st, unless the schools 14’s and 16’s play on the Friday afternoon.
