Sam Faint wins the Betty Artis Memorial

Sam Faint braved the chilly conditions to win the Betty Artis Memorial trophy today. His winning score of 32 Stableford points highlighted how long the course is playing and coupled with the cold conditions it made for a tough day for most players. Runner up on a countback to Sam was Dusty Hiscock on 32 with balls going to Kevin Kelaher 31, Ian Cabot 30 and Neil Smith 30. The only NTP was Kevin Kelaher on the 16th.
Next Sunday June 15th is the 3BBB SAND trophy whilst Sunday 22nd is the second round of our Club Championships playing for Campbell Tonkin’s Trophy.
Gentle reminder to all players that due to the soft ground can we please carry and use a sand bucket both on tee boxes and on fairways please.
