Fundraising success for Richardson House

Fundraising for Richardson House residents
Well, what a day, maybe the rain helped! Such amazing support from so many for the Richardson House fundraiser to enable the purchase of a new lifter for residents.
There are many thankyous’ to so many people who helped in the effort to raise some funds. Everyone did a fantastic job with whatever their task was to help make the day a success. 109 people came along on a very wet day and nearly $2000 was raised at the function with several more donations coming in later in the afternoon. This, together with the $2000 already donated by the Bowlo Fishing Club, means we’re halfway to the target. It’s not too late, if you missed donating on Saturday you can still help, just contact Helen Rixon in the office at Richardson House 67821563. Donations over $2 are tax deductible.
