Horton tip changes

Gwydir Shire Council has recently upgraded the infrastructure at the Upper Horton Landfill. The gates at the facility are now locked and require an access code to enter the site. Residents and ratepayers of the Upper Horton area were notified via mail of the change in access conditions to the facility prior to the implementation of the new entry requirements.
