Frost to return in 2023

Barraba’s well loved Arts Festival “Frost Over Barraba” looks set to return in 2023. The annual festival did not run in 2020-2022 due to the effects of the pandemic. Organisers made early plans in both 2020 and 2021 only to have to cancel.

Members of the past committee have been joined by new people keen to see the almost 50 year old regional arts festival continue. The group are currently contemplating some variations to the traditional exhibitions and competition and assessing their feasibility. 

At this stage the group are considering some springtime dates for the festival. They say they welcome people to join in organising the festival. Anyone interested can message the Frost Over Barraba facebook page or email frostoverbarraba@yahoo.com.au.
