Club Trophy to Nick and Chris Sweeney

Chris and Nick Sweeney took out today’s 2 Person Ambrose for a Club Trophy. Using a quarter of combined handicaps, the boys carded a 1 over par 72 to finish with a 68 net. Runners up on net 70.5 were Liam Johnston and Luke Smith with balls also going to Dan Lott and Kieran Darlington net 73.25. No NTPs were recorded. Big thankyou to Paul Grigg who took on the swinger job to play with two partners so no golfer had to sit out. It was commented he covered more ground than Cliff Young. 

Next Sunday 17th Aug is a 4BBB for the Col and Rene Sweeney and Shane Middlemiss Trophies. The following Sunday 24th August is the final round of the Championships for Ian Cabot’s trophy.
