Players contested an Individual Stableford for Phil Hiscock’s trophy with the spoils going to Kevin Kelaher on 35 points. Kevin won on a countback from our trophy donor Phil Hiscock also 35 points with Firmen Allan picking up a ball on 32 points. Liam Johnston picked up the only NTP with a good shot into the 6th.

A number of players travelled to Manilla for the annual Manilla Open ABBB on Sunday. Whilst an enjoyable day no one shared in any of the trophies.

Next week is one of our blue ribbon events on the golf program, the Mens and Ladies 18 hole Foursomes Club Championship. The scratch event is sponsored by Peter York and Al Yates whilst the Foursomes Net event is sponsored by last year’s scratch winners Kevin Kelaher and Rob Sweeney. The following week Sunday 11th July is an Individual Stableford for a trophy donated by Daniel Anderson.

Pleasing to report that the large hall heating has been given the thumbs up with its first booking last week.
